Halkirk Solar is a utility-scale solar photovoltaic project under development that, once operational will offset over 47,100 metric tons of CO2 emissions annually. The power will be sold into the Alberta Power Pool, energizing more than 11,000 households while employing more than 220 workers during the peak of construction.
